Excellent in terms of heat and water resistance, artificial marble is often employed in wet areas for such fixtures as kitchen counters. This is a design series that utilizes the offcuts resulting from the manufacturing process of such fixtures. Each offcut differs slightly in terms of color and thickness, but the fact that no two pieces are the same is a highlight of the product. This “silhouette” project is the work of the design unit “blanco”, four separate companies from different disciplines – design planning, product design, photography and graphic design – with our company handling the graphic design aspects of the project.
