A new process for extracting a rich, flavorful dashi soup utilizing Kikkoman’s unique fermentation technology in conjunction with the effects of koji (rice malt). This is “Kikkoman Fermented Dashi”. A key feature of the design of this packaging is that it highlights this process, with the top third of the package design devoted to the series logo extolling this. The packaging was created with a view to conveying both the process involved in the creation of fermented dashi as well as its superior flavor.
