A new process for extracting a rich, flavorful dashi soup utilizing Kikkoman’s unique fermentation technology in conjunction with the effects of koji (rice malt). This is “Kikkoman Fermented Dashi”. Using this as a base, Kikkoman came up with an even better-tasting product, “Agodashi Soy Sauce”. The clear color of the soy sauce and its rich taste have been expressed using a white bottle with an illustration of a flying fish (ago).
