The package design for pure soy sauce extracted during the first stage of the pressing process (ichiban shibori), a product developed for the gift market. We employed images of the indigo-dyed cloth used in both the aprons of the soy sauce artisans who carefully crafted the product and the noren curtains hung across the eaves of the soy suce brewery in the design.
